Specifies whether hatch clerk vessel load processing is handled by N4 or XPS.
Setting to N4 reduces dependencies on XPS and contributes to vessel operations being able to continue if XPS is offline. This is the default.
Setting to XPS_Server reverts to N4 sending Bento requests to XPS to complete the load. Set to XPS_Server if you are experiencing issues with hatch clerk vessel load processing on N4. For more info, see Rolling back N4 move processing to XPS (on page 1).
